For 20+ years I've turned enterprise complexity into compounding growth — from McDonald's point-of-sale in 60+ countries to AI agents running in production today. I started as a technical writer and support engineer; I lead product orgs now. The through-line never changed: build the platform, connect the ecosystem, let it scale.
